Facility snake the line himself at times. <br /> Today it is plugged again. Facility is disposing waste water collected in tubs by throwing the water out in back of the <br /> restaurant. The back room of the kitchen is flooded with sewer at this time. (c) believes there may be no grease interceptor <br /> in the restaurant. There are no grease containers in the back of restaurant. (c) have photos of food being thawed and <br /> prepared on the cement slab behind restaurant. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed wastewater inside facility; sewer water with floating grease in a puddle on unpaved ground <br /> outside back door; snake still inserted into clean-out under restroom sink. Immediately clean up and dispose all wastewater <br /> to the sanitary system, and sanitize (i.e. bleach solution at least 100 ppm chlorine) contaminated surface including the <br /> ground outside. Facility remains closed until reinspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed two live roaches on the wall in dining, one live one under sink, and 2 glue traps fill with dead <br /> roaches. Immediately remove roach traps, clean facility and remove any access, and provide more pest control to remove <br /> insects or other vermin from facility. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #26 Approved Thawing Methods <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Chicken thawing in standing water. Thaw only in running water, refrigerator or microwave. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity <br /> to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process.
