Both 2-comp sinks are plumbed in; one connected to grease trap. <br /> -4 skinned raw fishes hanging on hook above char-siu oven; fishes are for self-consumption and meant to be salted and <br /> possibly fermented (and thereby becoming non PHF). Remove food meant for self-consumption from facility to reduce <br /> attraction to vermin. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
