COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THE PORK WAS RAW. <br /> COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURES. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT FOR MORE INFORMATION AND PICTURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per person in charge, she is aware of the complaint as the complainant came back with the tortilla, placed on plate not <br /> paper wrapper, and it was is different size than the facility offers. <br /> For breakfast burritos with pork,they offer Chorizo burritos and Bacon burritos. Chorizo is made of pork placed on the cold <br /> hold with temp of 40F. Pork is grilled for 3 min and get to 198F then mixed with scrambled eggs and fried boiled cut potatoes. <br /> All the mix is then placed on tortilla.They prepare the potatoes by order.
