The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BELKORP AG- STOCKTON as of March 20, 2019. <br /> Open violations from February 08, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map does not show north orientation, loading areas, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> hazardous materials and storage areas, emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers and spill control), <br /> emergency shutoffs, does not have a legend to identify the codes/symbols used on the map, and the map is not <br /> legible. The hazardous materials inventory site map must contain the following information: north orientation, <br /> loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas and emergency response equipment. If a <br /> site map element is not applicable for your facility, then list it on the map and label as'NA', or include a statement on <br /> the map that says the element is not on site. <br /> Violation#9 -Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually by January 15. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the <br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Open violations from March 31, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map does not identify the hazardous materials storage/handling locations at this facility. A site map shall <br /> contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit <br /> points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and <br /> emergency response equipment.
