While cutting up the chickens to <br />serve, (C) found multiple dead worms in both chickens. (C) contacted the manager and returned the chickens. The manager <br />stated that they would contact their supplier (Foster Farms)." <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />rotisserie chickens -- cooked -- 167.00º F walk-in -- raw chicken storage -- 41.00º F <br />handwashing sink -- 100.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Managers state that they are aware of the complaint. <br />Facility obtains raw pre-seasoned whole chickens from two different Foster Farms plants (P-6137 and P-33900). These <br />chickens are labeled pre-seasoned ready to cook. Contain up to 20% of a solution of water, salt, sodium phosphates, <br />modified food starch and potato dextrin, carrageenan, sugar, dextrose, flavorings. <br />In the skewer room, these raw whole chickens have any excess fat removed and then are put on the skewer to cook (hot hold <br />temperature today is 167F - measured by inspector). <br />Per Deli Manager, the pallet of chickens used the day of the complaint were not used following the receipt of the complaint. <br />Observations today: <br />Two rotisserie chicken (cooked) were pulled from sale and cut open.
