All of the cheese <br />out was discarded and new cheese was put out. Food Court manager and store manager are aware of the issue. 10+ bags of <br />cheese have been pulled already and are going back to the manufacturer for credit. Instructed employees to visually inspect <br />all cheese for mold and discard as required. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
