<br />OBSERVATIONS: Ceiling is leaking (hall way) at front area. Repair all leaks by 2 weeks.
<br />Floor area at mop sink area lacks grout. Re-grout by 2 weeks.
<br />Some walls are not clean. Detail clean daily.
