TOOK FOOD HOME AND FOUND A GREEN BUG IN THE <br /> CHEESE ROLL UP. PHOTOS TAKEN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public <br /> health and have the potential to cause toodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediatehr.Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION---TEMP°F--C!21MMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Manager on Duty is aware of the complaint. He states that if staff had seen any insect in the cheese, it would not have been <br /> used. <br /> Upon inspection, no insects were observed. Facility uses Orkin for monthly pest control service. The last service date was <br /> 8-23-16. See invoice. <br /> This date all doors are closed, all openable doors and windows are outfitted with operational fly fans, and there are no observ( <br /> openings into the facilty. <br /> No insects were observed at the food prep line, at the food and paper products storage areas, or in the facility. <br /> No corrective action required. Continue current pest control service. Increase as needed. <br /> Unable to verify.
