Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water at the 3 comp, prep, and mop sinks was 101 F- 102F. Increase hot water temperature to <br /> 120F minimum at these sinks. Correct today. <br /> *Rechecked hot water temperature twice after water heater was reset and temperature was 94F after about 20 mins and <br /> another 15 minutes* <br /> The hot water at the hand sink was 97F. Rechecked temperature about 10 minutes later and it lowered to 84F. Increase hot <br /> water temperature to 100F- 108F today. <br /> The restroom hand sink hot water was at 82F. Increase to 100F- 108F today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:One person shall possess the 5 year Food Safety Certificate.
