The approval of the double stack Turbo Chef ovens is subject to the following. <br /> a. Only two ovens may be installed without a hood in this location. The oven <br /> model is NGC 1180-3. <br /> b. The ovens can only be used for reheating of previously cooked items. Any <br /> change in food menu items must first be submitted to the Department for <br /> review prior to offering for sale. <br /> c. The HVAC must be able to maintain an environment free of excessive heat, <br /> vapors, or condensate. <br /> d. The ovens shall be attended at any time they are in use by trained employees <br /> of Starbucks. <br /> e. If any problems are noted due to the installation of these ovens, this <br /> Department may require removal of the units from the facility. <br /> f. The applicant shall be required to obtain approval from local building and / or <br /> fire departments for the installation of these units, and may be subject to their <br /> ventilation requirements. <br /> - 1 - <br />
