The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments) . <br /> Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95 % tank volume shut off. <br /> If ball floats are installed , verify that they do not interfere with the flapper valve operation . <br /> Complete and accurate drop tube calculations must be present onsite at the time of inspection . <br /> • Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br /> equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> • Corrosion protection : Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to backfilling . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 and 91 - octane tank prior to the <br /> EHD inspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Since concrete will be broken near 87 and 91 - octane tanks, a secondary containment test must be <br /> performed on the 87 and 91 - octane tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> guidelines . <br /> 1868 E .
