TESTABLE PROCEDURE ONLY, FOR STANDARD MOD STEP 3T: DETERMINE CABLE LENGTH <br /> ELS, PROCEED TO NEXT PAGE, I Run cable along upper tube and over the top plate on <br /> the float bracket as shown . With the float in the down <br /> STEP 1T: INSTALL SOCKET ADAPTOR ASSY position (as shown in Figure 3T) align loop in cable with <br /> Put cable thru threads in inlet tube and out thru cable rivet and top hole in float bracket. Use the rivet as a <br /> port on side of inlet tube. Thread the socket adaptor template to size the loop in the cable and pull cable <br /> assembly finger tight into the inlet tube. Note: the ca- tight and crimp ferrule with crimping tool / pliers onto <br /> ble port on the inlet tube must be in line with the float cable at this location. Trim excess cable with wire cut- <br /> as shown previously in Figure 8A. ter / scissors. For reference, from the seam where the <br /> upper tube and valve body meet to the end of the cable <br /> Socket after trimming will require approximately 3 .5" of cable. <br /> adaptor <br /> assembly ` Cable over float bracket <br /> Cable Seam <br /> port <br /> Figure 3T <br /> STEP 4T: ATTACH CABLE TO FLOAT BRACKET <br /> Figure 1T Ensure cable is over the float bracket.
