No reported illness by employee. No employees working for other <br />food facility, daycare or health care facility. Food safety certificate is valid. <br />Ware wash sink is at with temp at 138F. Sanitizer bucket is set up with chlorine 200 ppm. Raw meat is received frozen/ <br />cooled and placed in meat walk in cooler at 41F, pulled to be cut and placed in Meat display at 41F. Cheese, sausage and <br />bacon are placed in display cooler at 41F. All potentially hazardous food on the cold hold is 41F or below. <br />I didn't observe any flies in facility during my visit. Chlorine test strips are available. I observe one employee washing hands <br />between tasks. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
