Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed multiple(50 or more)dead cockroach bodies under meat display and on top of meat display, <br /> and 1 live cockroach on top of meat display. <br /> Observed multiple(50 or more)dead flies on asile shelves, inside storage display units(both used and un-used), and on top <br /> of merchandise.
