To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Waste streams: <br /> - Used oil <br /> - Used antifreeze <br /> - Drained used oil filters <br /> Inspector provided: Return to compliance certification form, schedule of free CUPA classes, hazardous waste <br /> labels with example of labeling and Small Business hazardous waste disposal brochure. <br /> Observations found during inspection: <br /> 104-CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of <br /> fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire <br /> department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the <br /> required information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. This was corrected on <br /> site. <br /> 403-CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste <br /> There were two 55-gallon drums of used oil and one 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze with open lids. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
