Observed two glue boards in front of the <br /> screen on the lower right hand side.All other Auditoriums were showing movies.Theater has 14 screens total. Inspector was <br /> unable to gain access to the back side of the movie screens. <br /> Follow-up: <br /> 1) E-mail Orkin service reports from August 2018 to current date. E-mail to Kadeanne Linhares(klinhares@sjcehd.com) <br /> today. <br /> 2)Clean up all food debris/food sources(per GM, each Auditorium is cleaned/swept following each movie). In addition, a <br /> crew comes in nightly to remove seats and vacuum under the seats as well as perform a detailed cleaning. <br /> 3)Continue current pest control service frequency until the issue is under control.
