SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING <br /> UPSET STOMACH.WILL SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION LATER TODAY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> B-Fast&RTRDE refrigerator--41.00°F ham and cheese croissant--out of oven--144.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Shift Supervisor who was not aware of complaint prior to my investigation. <br /> There have been no ill employees for the last two weeks. <br /> Employees have food handler cards. <br /> Ham and cheese croissants come to the facility prepackaged and are stored in the freezer. <br /> Ham and cheese croissants are store in "B-Fast&RTDE"refrigerator for use for the next day. <br /> I observed ham and cheese croissant warmed up. <br /> No contact with food occurs,tongs and wax paper are used to handle food item. <br /> I observed hand wash sink in kitchen and front counter area. Hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels. <br /> I observed freezer, B-Fast&RTDE refrigerator, and oven.
