Gave it back to the attendant and requested another <br /> steak sandwich. The cook took the steak that was partially eaten and put it back on the grill. Attendant tried to give it back to <br /> the complainant. Complainant asked to speak to the owner. Owner gave the money back. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. He said that he remembers customer. Customer ordered a well done steak sandwich. Steak <br /> was well done but customer wanted it more well done. Money was returned.
