Gloves were not used, nor did she wash her hands between handling the raw meat <br /> and the cooked food. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. She stated that some times customers can't tell that they do wash <br /> their hands, because the back of the 3 comp sink covers them when hand washing takes place. <br /> Observation:At time of visit paper towels were not available in the kitchen or at dry storage. <br /> Correction: Call owner and tell him to bring towels, today. Mean while use single use napkins to dry hands.
