Any pile shall not exceed <br /> 50,000 cubic feet in volume nor 10 feet in height. Pjlca shall not exceed 6 feet in height when within 10 <br /> feet of any property line or perimeter fencing. Wastg tires shall not be located within 10 feet of any <br /> property line or perimeter fencing. The minimum distance between waste tire piles and between waste <br /> tire piles and structures that are located either on-site or off-site shall be 25 feet. <br /> Fire Protection <br /> (a) Adequate equipment to aid in the control of fires must be provided and maintained at the facility at all <br /> times.
