All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Facility operator was not aware of the complaint. <br />Observed whole uncut produce being sold (melon, corn, green beans, peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes, bananas, apples, and <br />cucumbers) as well as non-potentially hazardous pre-packaged food (jam, honey and almonds). <br />Per operator, this produce is being sold as part of Rossetti's Market (permitted facility). <br />Per Jeff Carruesco, Program Coordinator, this practice is acceptable. The produce stand may operate under the permit of the <br />permitted facility. Any cutting of produce must occur within the facility and any fruit cups must be sold within the facility from <br />refrigerated units (these practices were not observed at time of inspection). <br />No further action required. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
