24 <br />TRAINED SERVICE PROVIDERS: HOT GAS LOOP EVAPORATOR PAN ACCESS / TXV VALVE <br />1. Hot Gas Loop Evaporator Pan Access [To Be <br />Accessed By Trained Service Providers Only] <br /> <br />Warning! Turn main power switch OFF before <br />providing maintenance and service to unit. <br /> <br />Remove the front panel and toe-kick and turn <br />main power switch OFF. <br />After main power switch has been turned OFF, <br />slide out the refrigeration package. <br />See CASE START-UP & REFRIGERATION <br />ASSEMBLY ACCESS for instructions. <br />Cases with EnergyWise refrigeration packages <br />(as shown here) have stationary (non-removable <br />hot gas evaporator systems). <br />When done servicing or cleaning, return and <br />reconnect in reverse order it was removed. <br />Refrigeration Package <br /> <br />EnergyWise refrigeration packages <br />DO NOT have a removable <br />electric-coil evaporator pan. <br />Energywise packages use a ‘hot <br />gas’ evaporator system <br />(sometimes with wicking as <br />shown in this illustration). <br />Refrigeration Assembly [Shown Rotated] <br />Slid Out From Under Front of Case. TXV Valve <br /> <br />TXV Valve is under TXV valve access panel. <br />Decking must be removed for access. <br />TXV valve cover must also be removed for access <br />(remove two thumb screws). <br />See illustration below. <br />Note: TXV valve is at customer-right on cases with <br />EnergyWise refrigeration packages. <br />TXV <br />Valve
