28 <br />TROUBLESHOOTING - GENERAL ISSUES, CONTINUED <br />CONDITION TROUBLESHOOTING <br />Case Lights Are <br />Not Working <br />Check that light switch is in the ON position. See LIGHT FIXTURES / LIGHT <br />SWITCH LOCATION for location. <br /> Check that ALL of the light cords and plugs are properly connected. See LIGHT <br />FIXTURES / LIGHT SWITCH LOCATION section in manual. <br /> LED Light may be burned out. <br /> <br />LED lights will rarely require change-out. However, should it become necessary to <br />do so, follow these instructions. <br />Contact Structural Concepts’ Technical Service Department for replacement parts <br />(see the Technical Service section of this operating manual). <br />Simply disconnect the existing LED light from its brackets. Replace. <br />Note: Connect LED lights and plugs in a specific manner or they will not work. <br />Oval pattern of plug MUST be connected to oval pattern of LED light. <br />See LED LIGHT FIXTURES / LIGHT SWITCH LOCATION section in manual. <br /> Check voltage at LED drivers. If voltage is entering but not exiting, LED driver may be <br />faulty. Caution! TSP* only! <br />*Trained Service Providers ONLY are to perform these tasks.
