Step 1: Neatly layout the contents of the box on a work surface. Confirm that all required  <br />parts are present.   <br />Step 2:  SET THE ASSEMBLY TOOLS TO SIDE.   Tools are not required until (step 13).   <br />Step 3: Turn frames upside down, so that the open post is at the top.   <br />(Note: The top of the frame has plastic caps, while the bottom is open.)   <br />Step 4: Take the two of the cross bars and slip over the bottom posts of the frame.  Making  <br />sure the holes line up.   <br />(Note: Cross bars are designed to fit in any direction but should you encounter binding, flip  <br />the cross bar until the fit is proper.)  <br />Step 5: Insert a caster into each bottom post. Make sure the hole in the caster lines up with  <br />the holes in each of the bottom posts and cross bars.  <br />Step 6: Insert a bolt through the holes in the bottom post, cross bar and caster and attach a  <br />lock nut by hand. DO NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY TOOL AT THIS TIME.     <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />Bottom of Cart (Note: The top of  <br />the frame has plastic caps, while  <br />the bottom is open.)  <br />17264
