Step 13:  Gather the assembly tools. You may now use the tools. Tighten each of the (12)  <br />Bolts using one wrench to hold the nut and the other to turn the bolt. Turn the wrench  <br />clockwise to tighten.   <br />  <br />Step 14: You’re done. Put the cart into service.   <br />  <br />Assembly Tools  <br />17264
