Contact the Fire department & San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for applicable permits. <br />2. Should concrete need to be broken above or near the tank, a tank integrity test will <br />need to conducted Immediately following completion of the final inspection. <br />3. Overfill prevention must satisfy California Code Of Regulations 2635(b)(2). <br />4. Arrange 48hour notice for all inspection appointments. <br />5. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br />6. All spill buckets must pass a 30 -minute lake test or equivalent in the presence of <br />an inspector. <br />7. All installations shall follow manufacturers instructions and installation <br />recommendations. <br />8. All installed spill buckets shall hold no less than 19 liters of fuel. <br />9. An inspection shall be conducted to verify overfill prevention prior to receiving a <br />fuel drop in any newly installed buckets. <br />10.
