If notification is not made to this office prior to testing the results will not be accepted. Results <br />from the above testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test completion. It is the <br />responsibility of the owner/operator to have all test results submitted to this office by January <br />31, 2003. <br />It is recommended that you schedule these tests in advance, due to contractor/technician availability. <br />An underground storage tank operating permit will not be issued to owners/operators who have not <br />performed this required testing by the January 1, 2003 deadline.
