The following table describes the annual facility inspections performed at the Wilbur-Ellis Facility described below. <br /> This form is to be used in addition to the Tank Farm Inspection Checklist for monthly inspections. <br /> Facility location: Date: Inspector: <br /> P=Pass C=Corrective Action Needed N/A=Not Applicable <br /> Inspections,Tests,and Recordkeeping P C N/A <br /> Aboveground containers have been tested or inspected for integrity on a regular <br /> schedule or whenever repairs are made. <br /> ASTs integrity tested (visual inspection, hydrostatic testing,radiographic testing,ultrasonic <br /> testing, or acoustic emissions testing). <br /> All spills have been reported and documented for the calendar year <br /> Drainage of containment areas documented <br /> Damaged or corroded piping,valves,and instruments have been replaced <br /> Daily,Monthly,and Annual Inspections are kept on site for at least 3 years <br /> Employee Training: P C N/A <br /> All employees associated with oil-handling procedures are current in training and <br /> familiar with the SPCC Plan <br /> SPCC Plan Review: P C N/A <br /> Professional amendments to the SPCC Plan are necessary if any of the following <br /> technical changes have been made at the facility: <br /> The addition of oil storage containers. <br /> Reconstruction, replacement,or installation of conveyance piping or infrastructure. <br /> Construction changes that may alter secondary containment structures. <br /> Changes in products or services,standard operations,or testing/inspection <br /> procedures. <br /> -Use of new or modified industry standards or maintenance procedures. <br /> A Wilbur-Ellis employee may update the SPCC if any of the following non- <br /> technical amendments have been made at the facility: <br /> -Change in contact information (i.e.,telephone numbers)of individuals responsible for <br /> the implementation of this SPCC Plan. <br /> -Change in contact information of spill response or cleanup contractors. <br /> Amendments to SPCC Plan should be made no later than 6 months after the change <br /> occurs. <br /> General Comments: <br /> Manager Sign-off: Date: <br />
