You may also submit a copy of the SPCC plan or the pages that were amended reflecting <br /> the corrections listed in the violation. <br /> Violation#710 was not closed since a copy of the SPCC plan needs to be submitted or the amended pages of the plan <br /> dealing with the violation need to be submitted. Although testing was conducted on May 5, 2015 the engineer did not <br /> specify that type of testing in the plan.The engineer needs to certify a specific industry standard,the appropriate <br />
