Section Ave,
Service Request SR0079470.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed your
Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading study report dated July 19, 2018 and has found it meets the
requirements of San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d).
SPECIAL COMMENTS:
The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the proposed four-bedroom two bathroom residence
development has the potential to impact groundwater above the maximum contaminant level of 10
mg/L.
1. In order to monitor the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation and pursuant to San
Joaquin County OWTS Standards, Section 2.10, an annual permit and sampling of the
onsite water well by a certified laboratory for Nitrate as Nitrogen is required. The analytical
results of the sampling must be transmitted from the certified laboratory to the EHD by
December 31 It of each year. The annual permit fee for an Alternative OWTS with sampling
only (no inspection activity) is $152.
2. In order to process building plans for the proposed residence, a Registered Engineer will
need to submit plans for the proposed engineered design sewage disposal system to our
office. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. In addition,
Environmental Health Department approval of the plans is required prior to issuance of
building permit(s).
If you have any question please call Naseem Ahmed, Environmental Health Specialist, at (209)
468-3436.
Micha I Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
Cc: Nou Thor-3733 Section Ave-Stockton, CA 95215
1868 E.
