SPCC INSPECTI®N AND TESTING CHECKLIST <br /> Required Documentation of Tests and Inspections <br /> Records of inspections and tests required by 40 CFR part 112 signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector must be kept by all <br /> facilities with the SPCC Plan for a period of three years. Records of inspections and tests conducted under usual and customary <br /> business practices will suffice.
