Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> No sign for customers to use the women's restroom, but men's restroom's sole toilet has an "out of order"sign. Hot water at <br /> 100 F. <br /> Facility is in violation of the following: <br /> Per Calcode 114250, 114250.1, 114276, 114375: Toilet facilities shall be maintained iin good repair. Toilet facilities shall be <br /> provided for patrons in establishments. <br /> Repair toilet in 1 week for patrons. <br /> Note: facility restroom is shared by Chevron and Jack in the BoX#4406(PR0537669) <br /> Reinspection in one week if not corrected.
