Please delete the obsolete hazard <br /> categories. Please add the new federal hazard categories using an updated Safety Data Sheet(SDS). <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing emergency response <br /> equipment(fire extinguishers), a north orientation, adjacent streets, shut offs for utilities and the carbon dioxide, <br /> storm drains, loading area, and the carbon dioxide location. Please add the missing elements to the site map. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were not complete. Only page 1 and page 3 are uploaded in the emergency <br /> response and contingency plan section. Please upload all 4 pages of the emergency response and contingency <br /> plan.
