A new <br /> TLS-350R monitoring panel will be installed. The permit application indicates that the new <br /> systems will use existing electrical conduit. The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department, local planning or building department and the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. Before the alarm history is cleared by the"cold start",a current printout must be <br /> created and available for EHD inspection. <br /> 4. Contact Garrett Backus(209-468-2986)to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required): <br /> a. The EHD must witness the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system <br /> to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the Health& Safety Code. All <br /> monitoring system sensors must be tested. <br /> 5. A"Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be submitted by the owner <br /> or the owners'agent [pursuant to(CCR)2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered <br /> complete by EHD. <br /> 6. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (UL,ULC,ANSI,API, ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br /> 7. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
