Permission to conduct inspection given by Linda Backman, Bookkeeper. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Linda Backman. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is posted behind the front counter. <br /> 5. Facility uses Lakin Tire as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (EDTs)were available for review. Previous area of concern <br /> regarding lack of manifest retention has been corrected. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *8.
