Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:No sanitizer was detected at the dishwasher. Dishwasher shall provide sanitization at 50ppm chlorine or <br /> 200ppm quat. Upon arrival,the facility was closed.As I was looking at the bulletin board at the front door, <br /> the bartender(Danielle)arrived. She called the office manager,Terri Johnson, who was on her way to the site. <br /> I explained my reason for visiting the site. The exhaust hood was just cleaned on Tuesday, 11-20-18.There was no grease or <br /> build up at the exhaust hood at this time.Also,the kitchen was very clean. <br /> Ms. Johnson stated that the bar is open everyday.
