Propane max daily amount is listed at <br /> 10,685 cubic feet. Please update the max daily to read as 10,685 gallons of propane on site. This information must <br /> be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing emergency shut offs <br /> propane, generators, utilities) locations, emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers, spill kits)locations , all <br /> hazardous material storage areas( propane, diesel, gasoline)locations, storm drain locations, evacuation staging <br /> area locations, access and exit points.A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, <br /> adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, <br /> hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not <br /> applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The Hazardous Material Business Plan (HMBP)was not submitted between 11/1/2018- <br /> 1/15/2019.The HMBP was submitted late on 1/22/2019.The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by <br /> January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately <br /> log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 15 HSC 25510(a)Failed to report actual or threatened release to the EHD and/or CaIOES Warning Center. <br /> A release of diesel occurred on 1/23/2019 and was not reported to the EHD and CaIOES. The diesel fittings or <br /> hose is leaking. Please stop the leak and clean up the spill. A release or threatened release of a hazardous <br /> material shall be verbally reported immediately to the EHD and CaIOES.
