ATTACHMENT C: SPCC CONTINGENCY PLAN REVIEW CHECKLIST ❑ NA <br /> 40 CFR Part 109—Criteria for State, Local and Regional Oil Removal Contingency Plans <br /> If SPCC Plan includes an impracticability determination for secondary containment in accordance with §112.7(d),the facility <br /> owner/operator is required to provide an oil spill contingency plan following 40 CFR part 109, unless he or she has submitted a FRP <br /> under§112.20.
