The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments) . <br /> • Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br /> equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> 4 . If concrete will be broken near the used or new oil tanks , a secondary containment test must be performed on <br /> the used and new oil tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , current <br /> contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the <br /> installation company) , or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water <br /> Board , and <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at <br /> the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service Technician certificate issued <br /> by the International Code Council ( ICC ) , and <br /> C. Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br /> being tested , repaired , or serviced . <br /> 1868 E .
