She had also received a call from the
complainant and had spoken with him. She states that a maintenance employee was spraying a multi-surface cleaner
(labeled for use on non-food contact surfaces)on the wall surrounding the drive thru window.
No chemical use was occurring at the time of the inspection. While there is no open food at this area of the facility(food is
packaged and bagged for the customer),there is a potential for aerosol/droplet contamination from the spray onto the drink
cup lids and the drink cups.At the start of the inspection, the drink cup lids were positioned face up(food contact surface)and
the drink cup sleeves lacked lids(thus exposing the interior of the drink cups).
Corrective action required:
1) Discontinue use of multi-surface cleaner or any chemicals at this area (or any food prep or food storage area)when open
food or food contact surfaces are present.2)Re-position drink cup lids face down to protect from potential contamination.
Corrected on site.
3) Place drink cup sleeve lids on the top of the sleeves. Maintain in place at all times. Corrected on site.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: Maria Saldate, GM
EH Specialist: KADEANNE LINHARES Phone: (209)468-0330
FA0019398 C00042628 SCO04 12/02/2016
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
