I'm doing this with my phone and I'm not the best to get around
on it. I'm off today and tomorrow. I will get back to you with the rest on Friday.
Monika Ullmann
Calif. Please
send follow up to me at the contact email and address below.
Violation 102: You stated that the hazardous waste label was removed from the parts cleaner and attached the
SDS. Is the parts cleaner still product being used or is it waste? I did not receive a SDS by email.
This one I have to get with you on Friday.
Violation 102: The oil storage room contained 5 gallons of phosphoric acid. Provide a disposal record or is it
being stored for use as a product? The Safety Kleen records did not show disposal of the phosphoric acid.
Saftey Kleen picked up everthing and I don't know what is what on their B/L's, since they are just showing
codes. I also would have to know the other name. Did you have it in your pictures? I need to check.
Violation 406: Many empty hazardous materials containers are being picked up by Sept 21. Please provide
the disposal record. Only four were picked up by George Lowry. There were approximately 35 more drums
and totes to be disposed of. I did not receive a disposal record.
Please see attached B/L from KC Drums
Violation 704, 712 and 713: Universal waste bulbs and lamps were scheduled for pick up on Sept 21. Please
provide the disposal record.
These were picked up by SafetyKleen on the 1st load. Since they are just showing codes on their B/L's, I can't
identify the lightbulbs.
