Please send follow up to me at the contact email and address below. Violation 102: You stated that the hazardous waste label was removed from the parts cleaner and attached the SDS. Is the parts cleaner still product being used or is it waste? I did not receive a SDS by email. Violation 102: The oil storage room contained 5 gallons of phosphoric acid. Provide a disposal record or is it being stored for use as a product? The Safety Kleen records did not show disposal of the phosphoric acid. Violation 406: Many empty hazardous materials containers are being picked up by Sept 21. Please provide the disposal record. Only four were picked up by George Lowry. There were approximately 35 more drums and totes to be disposed of. I did not receive a disposal record. Violation 704, 712 and 713: Universal waste bulbs and lamps were scheduled for pick up on Sept 21. Please provide the disposal record. Thank you, Garrett Backus, Ld.
