California The <br /> proposal should be revised as follows: <br /> Page 4: The last sentence of paragraph 2 should be amended to read: <br /> "Any water that accumul;:tes in the enclosure will be pumped by PI into a <br /> Im 10,000-gallon Baker tank anJ will be. treated on site in an activated carbon <br /> filter before it is discharged to the sanitary sewer." <br /> Page S: The third sentence of paragraph 2 should be amended to read: <br /> "The two shallow samples will be analyzed at Brown and Caldwell Ana tical <br /> Laboratories of Emeryville, California BSC for TFHC by GC/FID and for BTX by <br /> EPA Method 8020as chromatography/photo ionization detection GC PID <br /> The additional EPA Method 8020 analyses were requested by Laurie Cotulla <br /> of the San Joaquin Local H.aalth District (SJLHD) due to California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (WQCB-CVR) concerns about <br /> the validity of the GC/FID analysis for BTX. A revised budget for Phase III, <br /> which includes costs for the additional analyses and administration of the <br /> changes, is presented in Attachment A Since delays have postponed the start —of Phase II beyond December 31, costs for all tasks have been revised using <br /> A Div,Mon of AguaTierra Associdtes Incorporated <br />
