The well construction shall not be detrimental to the <br /> public health or safety. <br /> 2. The well construction shvl.l be for a limited period of <br /> tirr,e. A maximum time period may be specified by the <br /> r San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 3. Minimum isolation dist8n ces from potential sources of <br /> contamination shall be ri.aintained unless precautionary <br /> measures are impl.cmented to ensure against <br /> contamination. <br /> 4. SPECIAL PERMITS shall be identified with a special <br /> stamp in bold letters and all conditions shall be <br /> identified on the permit. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PERMITS shall be periodically reviewed for <br /> compliance with conditions until the well is taken out <br /> of service and properly destroyed. <br /> 6. wells constructed under SPECIAL PERMITS shall be <br /> destroyed under permit and inspection by the SJLDH. <br /> c.Ya <br />
