COMPLAINANT FOUND WHAT THEY BELIEVE TO BE A MOUSE DROPPING ON <br /> THE BACK SIDE OF A PANCAKE. COMPLAINANT WAS SERVED SYRUP THAT WAS ALREADY OPEN AND ALL OVER <br /> THE BAG HANDLE. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was not aware of this complaint. <br /> Food process: Pancakes are received pre-made and frozen.When order is placed they are removed from walk in freezer and <br /> placed in the platter. Then they are microwaved. Served to customer. Syrup comes in individual packets. <br /> Observations: Mini pancakes lack rodent droppings or any other residue. Syrup packets are not damaged.
