This workplan was <br /> prepared based on the request and authorization of Mitchell, Silberberg and Knupp. The work is being <br /> conducted for real estate transaction due diligence purposes, and is not being conducted to meet the <br /> requirements of any regulatory agency. Additionally, a response is not expected from the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division concerning this investigation. <br /> ' SITE LOCATION <br /> According to U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Stockton West,California topographic quadrangle <br /> map, photorevised 1987, the subject site occupies property not yet assigned a township, range, and section <br /> number. However, by extrapolating from existing base and meridian lines, it appears that the property <br /> would occupy a portion of the northwestern /a of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 6 East, Mount <br /> Diablo Baseline and Meridian.
