DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> Personnel are not expected to engage contaminated soil to a degree requiring significant <br /> decontamination procedures. Personnel will thoroughly cleanse hands with soap and <br /> water prior to handling food. Gloves will be changed or thoroughly washed following <br /> each discrete sampling event. <br /> Equipment will be rinsed and decontaminated between each sampling event in an <br /> Alconox©type cleansing fluid. <br /> Vlll. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> The Principal or Staff Environmental Specialist shall be notified of any onsite <br /> emergencies and be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate procedures are <br /> followed. <br /> Written Directions to the Selected Hospital (Map Attached) <br /> See attached. Note: All minor emergencies can be assessed at the off-site medical <br /> facility. <br /> In all situations, when an on-site emergency results in evacuation, personnel shall not <br /> re-enter area until: <br /> 1. The conditions resulting in the emergency have been corrected. <br /> 2. The hazards have been reassessed. <br /> 3. The Site Safety Plan has been reviewed <br /> 4.
