Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Ray Souders (Branch Service Manager). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate is posted on bulletin board in the shop. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.) Manifests were on site and available for review during the inspection. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this facility. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to ray.souders@penske.com. <br /> FILE COPY <br />
