The old federal hazard categories <br /> are listed on the chemical form. Please discard the old federal categories. Please add the new federal hazard <br /> categories to the chemical form using an updated Safety Data Sheet(SDS). <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The Facility information section was submitted late on 2/14/2019. The Inventory section <br /> and the plans section was last submitted on 2018. Please make a new submittal with all three parts for 2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 4/28/2019. The California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)will be back on line 4/2/2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
