AN Environmental Health Department <br /> QU <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> GILTON RESOURCE RECOVERY INC 818 MCCLOY AVE, STOCKTON TMarch 29, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection a 55 gallon drum of waste oil was found and the updated information has not been submitted. <br /> Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically updatethe information submitted to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br /> by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br /> by the next submittal. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
